I, as the artist, reserve the right to refuse any commission I do not feel comfortable with.

Standard delivery time stands at 3 weeks, up to 2 months. It relies and may increase depending on the complexity of your order (flat colored commissions usually take 2 to 3 weeks on average, while fully rendered illustrations often take 1 to 4 months, for example) and my current queue, taking into account that sometimes I may need to rest my hand due to health related issues. Any major delays will be notified.

For express delivery time of 2 weeks, a rush fee of + 50% is available. For delivery time of 1 week, the fee increases to + 70%. For delivery time of 24 to 48 hours -only available for sketches and some flat colored orders-, the fee increases to + 100%.

If the status of my commissions is "running slow", it means I am currently taking orders, but probably will take longer to complete your commission due to personal matters. By ordering a commission in this status, I take you are aware of this and will not rush me.

You may cancel your request at any time before or after the sketch stage if you still haven't paid - though keep in mind that if you have, no refunds will be made (see II - E). Any unused base sketches may be repurposed for other commissions in that case.

All prices listed are merely a starting/base price. Prices may increase, stay the same, or even decrease depending on, including but not limited to, the complexity of your character's design, concept, and/or desired deadline.

I may reply within a ~48 hour timeframe, with less than 12 hours being the standard. If I take more than a couple hours to reply, by no means does this mean I’m ghosting you. I’m a busy person, but try my best to reply as quickly as I can. If needed, please feel free to double ping me, as notifications on sites like FB Messenger and Toyhouse may slip from me sometimes.

If you, as the client, stop replying to me halfway through the process for days on end without prior explanation, I will not continue working on the project until I receive an answer and will instead focus my attention on other clients and ongoing projects in the meantime. This does not mean your order will be cancelled unless you say so or if you completely ghost me.

I take payment via PayPal, USD currency, via the invoice method. Any form of payment sent before I invoice you will be refunded.

Payment must be sent in full upfront or after the sketch has been approved. I will not continue working further from the sketch nor send any unwatermarked previews until the payment has been completed.

The customer counts with a 10-day period for the payment to be completed. After that, either a +30% fee will apply, or the commission will be cancelled in its entirety.

If the customer reaches out to me before the 10 day period is due with a proper explanation regarding the delay, the commission may be paused or cancelled, no fees attached. However, if the 10 day period is due, the matter will settle with the fee, which will apply for either the current order, or if cancelled, for the customer’s next order.

I do not do refunds. The only exception is if I find myself unable to complete your commission either due to skill or personal matters, in which case, you'll get a full refund.

If you file a chargeback against me you will be blocked and you won't be able to purchase anything from me moving forward, adding you to my blacklist.

The rights of each piece the artist produces belong to the artist, unless commercial rights have been bought. This means I, the artist, am allowed to:

You, as the customer, may request for your order to remain private. This means I will not post it publicly to any social media or public portfolio. However, I, as the artist, may still use it to display my skills privately. Anonimity for you as the client may be requested and will be respected as well.

A request for full privacy meaning I, as the artist, won't show the commission to anyone but the client for an extended period of time (any longer than 4 months) will come with an additional confidentiality fee attached. For perpetual exclusivity, commercial rights over the piece may be purchased instead.

In the specific case that commercial rights have been bought for any product(s), as the artist, I am not allowed to:

You, the customer, are allowed to use the final commissioned product for personal use in any way you wish - by which I mean, as long as you do not profit / create merch / earn money off of the final product. Personal use may include: social media profile pictures/covers, layouts, wallpapers, personal website display, social media posts, physical prints and/or products that are not for sale or distribution to any other party, etc.

If at any time you, the customer, were to break or disobey any of these clauses without reaching an agreement with me, I, the artist, am entitled to not work again with you in any way, add you to my public blacklist and, if needed, issue a DMCA takedown notice (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
